The cheese from the mountain in Savoy. From June to September (100 days) the Tarin and Abandonce pedigree cattle graze on the fertile pastures. Produced at an altitude of over 1500 meters, the basis for a unique type of cheese: the Beaufort Alpage. Visit the cheese farm "Alpage du Lavoir". Chapelle Notre-Dame du Charmaix. Within walking distance from the slopes in Valfréjus sits a hidden chapel that’s been on this site for six centuries. The first construction of Notre-Dame du Charmaix was in 1401, built to house a Black Madonna, and although the chapel has been through many transformations, its essential character seems to remain timeless.

The "Maginot Line of the Alps" was built between 1933 and 1939, fully restored and equipped, gives a good insight into the atmosphere and the military resources of this era. In the months May, June, September, October and November open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.

Open from July to October: On the morning of Thursday to Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00. Afternoon from Tuesday to Sunday from 15:00 to 19:00. Closed Monday. This museum traces the history of a border village at the beginning of the twentieth century, based on coffee and mechanical pianos. A colorful and vibrant space.
